1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 77tg, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Services, you affirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. 77tg reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide and to request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, and address.

These Terms apply to all users accessing 77tg Services from any jurisdiction, though additional terms may apply to users in specific jurisdictions as required by local law. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77tg immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 77tg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Verification

77tg operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide such documentation as 77tg may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and address, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 77tg account using payment methods made available on the platform, including GCash, Maya, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform. 77tg reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion.

Deposited funds must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 77tg account are obtained legally and do not derive from any criminal or illegal activity. 77tg complies with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 77tg account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon with 77tg. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and additional verification requirements.

77tg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where fraud is suspected. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the platform.

4.3 Fees

77tg does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may assess fees for transactions, which are your responsibility. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of deposits and withdrawals where currency conversion is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77tg may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to players from time to time. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Sports Betting Terms

Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

77tg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or abuse of bonuses or promotions. Upon termination, any funds in your account balance not subject to wagering requirements or investigation will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees or chargebacks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and subject to maintenance fees as permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77tg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

77tg's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

13. Amendments to Terms

77tg reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
